Try-It Indoor Cricket - a success story.

Did you know? Today marked the third indoor tennis ball cricket try-out conducted by VCC in collaboration with Schysst Framtid (a VSK venture) and Valby Frtidsgård. The first two sessions, conducted earlier, focused on the basics: handling the ball, catching, and connecting the bat with the ball.

Exciting Progress! Today, we have advanced to a limited-overs cricket match. The participants, a mix of boys and girls aged 10-11, quickly grasped the concepts of running between the wickets, scoring, and bowling. "The kids were amazing! They picked up the game so fast," said one of the accompanying teachers.

The teachers present on the occasion felt that the kids had very well received VCC's cricket sessions. We might have the opportunity to conduct one more session before the academic year ends, and VCC may be asked to continue this initiative next year. 

Benefits: Engaging the younger generation with the pleasures of sports and the advantages of earning for VCC while supporting Västerås Stad's strategic objectives.

Meet Our Trainers: Adarsh, Akshay, and Ganesh have been spearheading the training from VCC. We encourage other members to support this cause and make themselves available on a regular basis.
