Hi Everyone,
Welcome to our weekly Tuesday training match at VCC! These are simulation games, and the first 22 players to arrive—or those pre-selected by team selectors—will play. If you're not selected or arrive late, you're encouraged to train in the nets.
Our regular captains and vice-captains will lead the teams. If they’re unavailable, others are welcome to step in.
Thursdays are dedicated to focused training based on Tuesday’s match. Captains will share feedback, and players can work on those areas during nets or one-on-one drills.
